RockPC is a Lenovo IBM authorized warranty service center for ThinkPad notebooks, laptops computers in Vancouver BC.

 We are open from Mon-Fri 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM and Sat from 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM

 All we need in order to check your Lenovo laptop warranty status is the Country you reside and Serial number located on the bottom of the laptop.

 

How the Lenovo laptop warranty process Works?

1) Provide your Country of residence and Thinkpad product serial number.

1) Once warranty status is approved we will require the products failure description.

2) Bring the laptop in for diagnosis and provide the necessary information to proceed with the warranty service claim which will be:

  • Name
  • Address
  • City
  • Postal Code
  • Tel/Cel
  • Product ID
  • Model
  • S/N

 

Please have this information ready at the moment of processing.

 

 

 

How long does the Laptop warranty service take?

This depends on the time the Claim has been processed through the Lenovo portal; usually it would take 2-3 Business days depending on when we receive the replacement part. However if there are any delays we would be sure to contact you and let you know the reason for the delay. If the claim has been processed on a Friday or Saturday, take note there may be a longer wait period for the parts are usually shipped between Mon-Fri.
